Email and Outreach Policy

Crestone Associates, LLC (“Crestone,” “we,” “us”) does not permit its website or services to be advertised by unsolicited bulk email. This policy states who may send email on our behalf, how we conduct outreach, and how to report a message that does not follow these rules.

Who sends email for Crestone

Email on behalf of Crestone is sent only by Crestone’s own principals and employees, from mailboxes on the crestoneassociates.com domain, through our authenticated corporate mail service. Every message we send carries SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication for that domain.

We do not use affiliates, resellers, lead-generation vendors, mailing services, or any other third party to send email that promotes crestoneassociates.com or our services. No third party is authorized to do so. A message promoting Crestone that does not originate from the crestoneassociates.com domain is not from us, and we ask that it be reported to us at the address below.

How we conduct outreach

Crestone advises employers on PEO and employee-benefits arrangements. Our business communication is one-to-one: individually written messages to named decision-makers at specific companies we have identified and researched, most often following a package or telephone call to that person. We do not send bulk campaigns, and we do not purchase, rent, or scrape mailing lists.

Every commercial message we send identifies Crestone as the sender, uses an accurate subject line, includes a working unsubscribe link, and includes our contact information. A request to stop receiving email is honored promptly and permanently, and the address is not added back to any future outreach.

Reporting a violation

If you receive a message that you believe violates this policy, forward it with its full headers to support@crestoneassociates.com. We investigate every report and will confirm the outcome to you.
