Privacy Policy

Crestone Associates, LLC (“Crestone,” “we,” “us”) operates crestoneassociates.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us, including name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number and, when you ask us to mail you something, a mailing address, and information collected automatically when you use our site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. When you arrive from one of our ads or links, we also record which ad or link brought you (the campaign tags in the web address) and keep it with anything you send us, so we know which ads work.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule and conduct meetings, and communicate with you by email, telephone, and text message where you have consented.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, communications, and customer relationship management, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and measurement tags

We advertise on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google. Our site may load each of those companies’ tags: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel, and the Google tag. When you visit, these tags let those companies collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, clicking to book a call or sending a form), and identifiers stored in their cookies. They use it to tell us how our ads perform, to show our ads again to people who have visited our site, and for the other purposes described in their own privacy policies. We do not send them the contents of the forms you fill in.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ads in your LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad preference settings. Blocking them does not affect anything else on this site.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party measurement service run by our hosting provider. It counts page views and the actions taken on our campaign pages without cookies and without identifying you, so we can tell which pages work. It is not shared with the advertising platforms.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, a session replay and heatmap service. It records how pages are used: where visitors click, tap and scroll, how far down a page they read, and which pages they move between, so we can see where a page confuses people and fix it. Anything you type into a form is masked before it is recorded. Clarity sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser; Microsoft's privacy statement describes how it handles that data, and you can block its cookies like any other.

On our campaign pages we sometimes show two versions of a page to see which one is clearer; to keep you on the same version, the site sets a cookie named crestone_ab that holds only a version letter and a random visitor number, kept for 30 days, with no personal information in it. Our own server also records, for those pages, which page and version was viewed, which ad or link brought you, whether the booking calendar loaded, and whether a form or booking was completed, stamped with that random number and the kind of browser used; none of it includes your name, email, or anything you type, and it stays with us.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and customer support tooling, is permitted solely so those services can be delivered.

Text messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express consent, and consent is not required to work with Crestone or to receive any of our services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See our Terms and Conditions for the full messaging terms.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text message, or ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list. You may also contact us at the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Children

Our site and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
